Organized Thinking 7: Set tight deadlines

Set tight deadlines for yourself and others.

Deadlines force people to perform at peak.

When you set the deadlines, listen carefully to the response!

"Perhaps" usually means "No",
and "I'll try" usually means "I won't".

Extract certainty from those you deal with.
Then, you'll be able to mark the deadline in your calendar and plan ahead.

Organized Thinking 6: Cancel unnecessary meetings

Cancel unnecessary meetings

That means most meetings :)

Remember that people make more effective decisions
when they are alone, and that includes you.

If you have to attend the meetings, keep them as short as possible.

Putting things off just wastes more time,
because they'll get back to you again and again.

Don't make promises unless you intend to keep them.

Using "do-it now" system will make you become an instant decision maker.

It can transform your life on the spot.

Organized Thinking 1: Plan each day the night before

Plan each day the night before.

Write the things you need to do on separate cards,
and stack them in order of priority.

The following day, start with the top card,
tackle them one at a time, until they have all been completed ☑

*Keep a few blank cards for unexpected tasks.
