Organized Thinking 7: Set tight deadlines

Set tight deadlines for yourself and others.

Deadlines force people to perform at peak.

When you set the deadlines, listen carefully to the response!

"Perhaps" usually means "No",
and "I'll try" usually means "I won't".

Extract certainty from those you deal with.
Then, you'll be able to mark the deadline in your calendar and plan ahead.
